Training Support Specialist

TL;DR

Training Support Specialist (Cyber/Intelligence): Coordinate scheduling of operational tradecraft exercises, class sessions, and department operations with an accent on staff and student collaboration, resource management, and instructor support. Focus on maintaining course materials, responding to inquiries, and handling monthly TDY travel.

Location: Onsite at customer site in Sterling, VA. Requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.

What you will do

• Directly coordinate with staff and students to schedule, enroll, and facilitate class sessions.
• Update and maintain course literature for accuracy.
• Coordinate class and program area operations with staff.
• Respond to inquiries for class registration and real-time support.
• Support monthly TDY travel for up to a week.
• Capture, coordinate, and complete assigned actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years experience in a training environment or related field
• 12+ years experience working with the customer in a classified environment
• 12+ years experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related field
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance
• Self-starter able to work independently and in teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
