What you will do

• Leverage relationship-building and sales skills to engage clients confidently via phone, video, and shared screens.
• Guide clients aligning with hirify.global’s mission to create and maintain financial plans supporting lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to hirify.global products using tools like hirify.global Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar.
• Access large existing client base and serve friends, family, and natural market.
• Collaborate with team for support in a culture focused on collective success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans encouraged
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days
• State insurance licensed in life, health, and variable lines or obtained within 90 days
• Eligibility for securities registration and insurance licensing in all 50 states
• Satisfactory criminal and financial background check
• Self-disciplined, driven, interpersonal skills, positive, collaborative mindset
