What you will do

• Lead AI strategy by delivering solutions combining software engineering, statistics, and machine learning for complex clinical applications.
• Execute deep analytical experiments using appropriate techniques to drive substantial improvements.
• Deliver reports and presentations highlighting hypotheses and insights for organizational decision-making.
• Identify, collect, transform, and explore data to become the expert on available datasets.
• Coordinate with engineers, product analysts, and the broader organization for seamless collaboration.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience, including 3+ years as data scientist
• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or equivalent experience building and evaluating ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with ML tools like PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL; proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying ML models; knowledge of MLOps fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM pipelines, retrieval augmented generation, prompting techniques.
• Familiarity with LangChain/LlamaIndex/Haystack, vector databases, Azure AI Studio.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management or financial industries.
