What you will do

• Design, train, and iterate on ML and deep learning models for recommendation, ranking, and personalization use cases.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines and workflows leveraging AWS SageMaker.
• Build and optimize MLOps infrastructure for stability and scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop feature stores and prepare high-quality datasets for training and inference.
• Evaluate model performance through offline and online experiments to drive continuous improvements.
• Optimize model serving infrastructure to reduce latency and increase throughput while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
• Deep expertise in deep learning, including architecture design, training, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying recommender systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and the broader AWS ML ecosystem.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with containerization and orchestration in production.
