What you will do

• Lead and coach a data science team through high-impact R&D projects, 1:1s, and career development.
• Define and execute Generative AI and LLM strategies, including agentic workflows and foundation models.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, and Engineering to align technical tradeoffs with product strategy and delivery expectations.
• Establish responsible AI practices, including model fairness, explainability, safety guardrails, and bias monitoring.
• Partner with Marketing to develop technical blogs, papers, and presentations to build the company's external voice.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing data science teams.
• 6+ years of total professional data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS or GCP using MLOps platforms like Vertex AI or SageMaker.
