TL;DR

Senior Data Scientist (ML/GenAI): Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI models to optimize customer onboarding efficiency with an accent on agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation. Focus on solving complex business problems through statistical analysis, MLOps practices, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Location: US Remote

Salary: $137,900 - $184,500 USD (for US residents; varies outside US)

What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ML and generative AI models for customer onboarding.
• Apply ML fundamentals, frameworks, and statistical knowledge to solve business problems.
• Explore and integrate latest data science and AI advancements.
• Design, test, and evaluate GenAI and ML solutions, choosing optimal approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models to production.
• Build and maintain data science infrastructure using cloud services like Azure.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data science with production-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data science tools (PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM).
• Experience with Generative AI, agentic workflows, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLM evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval), and guardrails.
• Strong statistics foundation (hypothesis testing, experimental design, causal inference).
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building and deploying MCPs.
• Coding in C# and .NET.
