Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

(MA4EC) is a cross-sector coalition working to expand access to high-quality Early College across the Commonwealth through practice and policy alignment.
What you will do
- Develop and drive a coordinated statewide strategy and growth model to expand Early College access, including targets and key levers.
- Craft evidence-based narratives to build momentum among legislative, administrative, and local audiences.
- Perform statewide landscape analysis and build alignment across state agencies, K-12, and higher education partners.
- Design and facilitate high-impact meetings with senior leaders to drive consensus on strategic direction.
- Own and execute core workstreams, ensuring readiness for key statewide milestones and removing implementation barriers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Massachusetts to support hybrid work and regular in-state travel.
- Strong track record in strategic consulting, policy, or high-paced project management environments.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans and synthesize information for executive-level audiences.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on execution and follow-through.
- Advanced skills in data analysis to generate strategic insights and inform decision-making.
- Ability to operate seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operational execution.

- Experience in the education sector or specifically with Early College programs.
