What you will do

• Develop and drive a coordinated statewide strategy and growth model to expand Early College access, including targets and key levers.
• Craft evidence-based narratives to build momentum among legislative, administrative, and local audiences.
• Perform statewide landscape analysis and build alignment across state agencies, K-12, and higher education partners.
• Design and facilitate high-impact meetings with senior leaders to drive consensus on strategic direction.
• Own and execute core workstreams, ensuring readiness for key statewide milestones and removing implementation barriers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Massachusetts to support hybrid work and regular in-state travel.
• Strong track record in strategic consulting, policy, or high-paced project management environments.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans and synthesize information for executive-level audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on execution and follow-through.
• Advanced skills in data analysis to generate strategic insights and inform decision-making.
• Ability to operate seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operational execution.
