TL;DR

Digital Marketing Manager (AI-driven): Own end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with an accent on optimization, AI-assisted reporting, and client insights. Location: Remote from US Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones only. Not open to applicants residing in or based in California or New York.

What you will do

  • Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn, including build-out, optimization, and reporting with AI tools.
  • Contribute to media planning, attribution analysis, and channel expansion strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Build and maintain CRM workflows and marketing automation with agentic and generative AI for lead management.
  • Engage clients with data-backed insights in reviews and check-ins, translating performance into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with SaaS, instructional design, OPM, and marketing teams to align efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Located in US Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones; not California or New York.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns independently.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and building automated workflows in marketing automation platforms.
  • Active daily use of agentic and generative AI as core to digital marketing work.
  • Strong analytical skills for data pulling, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Clear communication of insights to marketing and non-marketing audiences.

Nice to have

  • Background in mathematics, statistics, psychology, or sociology.
  • Experience in higher education, EdTech, or complex B2B/B2B2C environments.
  • Designing CRM workflows with embedded agentic AI.
  • Track record of confident client/executive presentations without jargon.
  • Curiosity and testing of emerging digital marketing trends.
