What you will do

• Define and execute digital marketing strategy focused on brand advertising and product marketing.
• Design and lead integrated campaigns across website (SEO/AIO), landing pages, video, email, social media, and paid media.
• Own performance optimization across the funnel for conversion, efficiency, and pipeline impact.
• Partner with product marketing on messaging and priorities; build nurture programs and lifecycle workflows.
• Leverage analytics and dashboards to uncover insights and drive social media strategies for thought leadership.
• Evolve strategies using emerging trends, tools, and AI innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years B2B experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven success with multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and data enrichment tools like Clay or Apollo.io.
• Strong analytical skills, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Clear communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders; highly organized and self-directed.

• Experience in healthcare technology and health data.
• Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.
