Location: Fully remote. Candidates must be able to work standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.

What you will do

  • Own creative strategy for DTC client portfolio, mastering brand voice, positioning, psychology, and competition to inform precise briefs
  • Write direct response scripts, briefs, shot lists, and copy for UGC-style video, static, and hybrid ads optimized for Meta and TikTok
  • Analyze weekly ad performance data (hook rates, thumbstop, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to identify winners, diagnose issues, and plan iterations
  • Develop and present creative testing frameworks with hypotheses and data-backed execution
  • Conduct social listening, competitor audits, and trend analysis to find content gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers/editors, manage client feedback, and report performance insights weekly

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience writing direct response ad creative (scripts, briefs, copy) for DTC paid social acquisition campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze ad performance data (hook rate, thumbstop, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and translate into creative strategies
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance, algorithms, formats, and placements
  • Strong direct response copywriting: hooks, offers, CTAs, urgency, social proof, storytelling
  • Experience with UGC-style scripts, talent direction, and shot-by-shot breakdowns
  • Familiarity with TikTok ad creative and trends

Nice to have

  • Agency-side experience with multiple DTC clients
  • Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for creative workflows
  • Exposure to media buying or collaboration with buyers
  • Knowledge of creative analytics tools like Motion
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, and design best practices for QA
