What you will do

  • Translate global cloud strategy into regional APAC implementation models, assessing infrastructure and country constraints.
  • Define cloud adoption building blocks, target patterns, and reusable approaches across multiple countries.
  • Partner with DevSecOps to track DORA metrics and drive improvements.
  • Align plans with budgets, perform financial analysis, model scenarios, and support cost-conscious decisions using Excel.
  • Coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, and governance across infrastructure, platform, and country teams.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management and support leadership in proposals and progress updates.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years experience, with 5+ years in technical project/program management in cloud, infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevSecOps.
  • Understanding of cloud adoption, migration patterns, infrastructure modernization, automation, and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Ability to engage technically with architects/engineers and translate into business decisions.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and distributed teams.
  • Experience with senior management presentations and executive communication.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Fluent English.
