What you will do

• Act as the primary client-facing lead to manage expectations and project communication.
• Own end-to-end delivery across technical and business workstreams.
• Define and evolve delivery structures, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate internal teams including architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery trade-offs.
• Support backlog planning and delivery sequencing with product and tech leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar delivery role.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technical projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in contact center, CX, IVR, or related technical domains.
• Experience working in outsourcing delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote and international project teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
