What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally
  • Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple markets
  • Partner with hiring managers and founders on strategy and talent calibration
  • Assess candidates through career progression, technical depth, and execution signals
  • Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing
  • Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality
  • Build pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping across global markets
  • Good understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures
  • Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and brands
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership
