What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation for performance marketing roles.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Implement inclusive sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job requirements, and best hiring practices.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to achieve a Time to Fill of 30 days or less.
• Handle 7-10 active job requisitions simultaneously with urgency and precision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Programmatic roles is mandatory.
• Proven ability to create complex sourcing plans using advanced Boolean searches and market research.
• Proficiency with ATS (experience with Ashby or Juicebox is a plus).
• Experience recruiting in US, Canada, UK, and Mexico markets.
• Current work authorization and residency in the United States.
