What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer negotiation within the performance marketing space.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans using Boolean searches, networking, and market research.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Programmatic roles.
• Ensure a distinct and positive candidate experience reflecting company values.
• Meet and exceed key performance metrics, such as Time to Fill within 30 days.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, and Content roles.
• Must have established work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Ashby or Juicebox is a plus.
• Track record of recruiting in Canada, US, UK, and Mexico markets.
• Deep knowledge of inclusive recruiting practices and outbound sourcing strategies.
