What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic territory management.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
  • Lead a virtual team of presales, partner managers, and professional services to ensure customer success and sales wins.
  • Develop comprehensive business and territory plans to identify and capture uplift opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted lead generation plans for end users and partners.
  • Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting high-impact discovery calls and qualifying opportunities.
  • Ability to competitively position solutions against competitors such as Okta, Microsoft, and Saviynt.
  • Experience acting as a "quarterback" to coordinate diverse internal and partner resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales is preferred but not required.
