What you will do

• Design and evolve end-to-end Supply Chain process architecture (Tier 1–4) aligned with business outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives like growth and resilience into executable process designs and operating models.
• Lead business process design for enterprise workflow and BPM platforms, specifically Pega.
• Partner with IT and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of business intent.
• Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
• Drive the shift from functional silos to integrated end-to-end process ownership.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in process management, business process transformation, or digital enablement.
• Hands-on experience with BPM or orchestration platforms (Pega strongly preferred, or Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda).
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into executable process designs.
• Experience partnering closely with IT teams on digital implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Supply Chain domain experience (planning, order management, procurement, logistics).
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience supporting enterprise process orchestration or workflow enablement initiatives.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving transformation environments.
