Salary: $71,800 - $114,800 (Canada)

What you will do
- Design and evolve end-to-end Supply Chain process architecture (Tier 1–4) aligned with business outcomes.
- Translate strategic objectives like growth and resilience into executable process designs and operating models.
- Lead business process design for enterprise workflow and BPM platforms, specifically Pega.
- Partner with IT and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of business intent.
- Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
- Drive the shift from functional silos to integrated end-to-end process ownership.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in process management, business process transformation, or digital enablement.
- Hands-on experience with BPM or orchestration platforms (Pega strongly preferred, or Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda).
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into executable process designs.
- Experience partnering closely with IT teams on digital implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Supply Chain domain experience (planning, order management, procurement, logistics).
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM).
- Experience supporting enterprise process orchestration or workflow enablement initiatives.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving transformation environments.
