What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for daily 3PL operations including warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs like order accuracy, shipping timelines, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL to ensure product integrity, temperature control, GDP, and GXP compliance.
• Manage purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and handle Computer System Validation and Change Controls.
• Investigate and resolve DSCSA exceptions and ensure compliance through the US distribution network.
• Partner with Quality Assurance on Change Controls, Change Actions, and related responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical operations, logistics, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of DSCSA.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing and compliance protocols.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
