Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 / year

What you will do

  • Negotiate supplier terms regarding price, quality, and deadlines.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure terms are consistent and incorporate them into MSAs and SOWs.
  • Lead RFI and RFP initiatives to identify and select optimal suppliers for software and services.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and orders, including the administration of Coupa.
  • Identify, document, and track cost savings opportunities.
  • Reconcile invoices against contractual terms to resolve inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Direct experience negotiating and executing contracts in partnership with a legal department.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, Telecom, or UCaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, NetSuite, or Concur.
