What you will do

• Manage end-to-end visibility and accuracy of company-owned inventory across multiple global locations.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP S4 HANA, targeting 99%+ accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Audit and reconcile material movements between labs, 3PLs, OSATs, and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee shipments, transfers, and returns with external partners, ensuring real-time ERP updates.
• Support prototypes, engineering samples, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of inventory management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems, specifically inventory modules.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain flows from internal labs to global contract manufacturing.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology in compliance with EAR laws.
