TL;DR

Logistics Lifecycle Services Executive (IT Supply Chain): Educating account managers on lifecycle services, delivering device lifecycle management including reuse, refurbishment, and ethical recycling, and designing customer-centric solutions with partners. Focus on coordinating end-to-end opportunities, managing partner proposals, ensuring SLA adherence, and maintaining key customer accounts.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Marlow, UK) and 2 days from home

What you will do

  • Educate and support hirify.global Account Managers in identifying and progressing lifecycle service opportunities with customers.
  • Deliver lifecycle services focused on extending device lifecycles through reuse, refurbishment, or compliant recycling.
  • Design customer-centric lifecycle solutions, leading discovery sessions and translating requirements into deliverable offerings.
  • Partner with approved network to build tailored solutions, manage proposals, and ensure commercial alignment with SLAs.
  • Provide end-to-end management of opportunities, including collections, reporting, and communication across departments.
  • Own key customer accounts, handle queries, maintain data, and support stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in sales-aligned, customer-facing roles with ability to engage customers and support commercial opportunities.
  • Experience in busy environments handling multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, ability to problem-solve, assess risks, and escalate issues.
  • Ability to set deadlines, prioritise, deliver autonomously, and select partners for complex requirements.
  • Judgement, leadership, systematic approach to workloads, and specialist lifecycle knowledge.
  • Self-starter, well-organised with attention to detail.
