Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Marlow, UK) and 2 days from home

What you will do
- Educate and support Account Managers in identifying and progressing lifecycle service opportunities with customers.
- Deliver lifecycle services focused on extending device lifecycles through reuse, refurbishment, or compliant recycling.
- Design customer-centric lifecycle solutions, leading discovery sessions and translating requirements into deliverable offerings.
- Partner with approved network to build tailored solutions, manage proposals, and ensure commercial alignment with SLAs.
- Provide end-to-end management of opportunities, including collections, reporting, and communication across departments.
- Own key customer accounts, handle queries, maintain data, and support stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in sales-aligned, customer-facing roles with ability to engage customers and support commercial opportunities.
- Experience in busy environments handling multiple work streams.
- Excellent communication skills, team player, ability to problem-solve, assess risks, and escalate issues.
- Ability to set deadlines, prioritise, deliver autonomously, and select partners for complex requirements.
- Judgement, leadership, systematic approach to workloads, and specialist lifecycle knowledge.
- Self-starter, well-organised with attention to detail.
