What you will do

• Orchestrate a portfolio of process‑layer and workflow initiatives aligned to the Supply Chain transformation roadmap.
• Establish integrated program plans connecting scope, sequencing, dependencies, and resourcing.
• Manage interdependencies between process design, workflow implementation, data enablement, and IT delivery.
• Provide program-level visibility into progress, risks, and decision points for senior leadership.
• Track and communicate value realization, linking delivery to outcomes like cycle-time reduction and automation.
• Strengthen delivery discipline and predictability within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience supporting digital transformation, process transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream programs combining business process change and technology delivery.
• Strong capabilities in program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation at a portfolio level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Pega, ServiceNow, Appian, or Camunda.
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations organizations.
• Familiarity with clean-core architectures and scalable workflow design.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
