What you will do

• Define programme delivery strategy aligned with business objectives and implement governance frameworks for performance monitoring.
• Lead large-scale complex programmes like digital transformation and IT infrastructure, overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders and vendors, building collaboration and resolving conflicts.
• Establish KPIs, drive best practices adoption (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and foster continuous improvement.
• Directly manage select projects to completion with clear benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Degree or Masters in Business, Project Management or related field.
• Prince2 or PMP certified.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry, including Director-level programme/project management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale high-budget programmes (£10M+).
• Strong expertise in PPM methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe), SDLC, DevOps, or cloud migrations.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
