What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-team technical initiatives from inception to completion.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, and success metrics for shared technical programs.
• Drive alignment on goals and priorities across multiple development teams with competing demands.
• Identify and proactively manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between platform teams, product teams, and enabling functions.
• Provide consistent visibility into progress and outcomes through status reporting and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Technical fluency in concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Must be located in Canada to be eligible for this position.
