• Oversee risks, governance, financial control, and delivery confidence.
• Lead initiatives for legacy platform transition and modernization.
• Provide strategic visibility and decision support to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes.
• Ability to operate confidently at a senior stakeholder level.
• Expertise in managing complexity, sequencing, and delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience in agile, product-led environments focused on outcomes.
• Strong understanding of architecture, data, and modern technology delivery.
• Must be based in the UK
