What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Technical Program Managers, BI Engineers, and Release Managers.
• Oversee complex technical programs spanning cloud software, networking hardware, and embedded systems.
• Establish PMO governance and drive delivery using the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.
• Manage end-to-end release processes, including CI/CD pipelines and release gates.
• Develop data-driven dashboards to track KPIs, program milestones, and AI-driven analytics.
• Manage multimillion-dollar portfolios, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 6+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in high-tech networking, cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), and large-scale software releases.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC management.
• Proven track record of leading release management functions with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience building executive analytics dashboards.
• Familiarity with broadband/telecom industry dynamics and CSP business models.
