What you will do

• Lead technical direction and contribute code in .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows.
• Drive cloud-native designs with AWS, containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and improve deliverability metrics like throughput, latency, bounce rates, and inbox placement.
• Manage integrations with ESPs, SMS gateways, and internal systems.
• Coach engineers, set goals, hire, and handle incident management with root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years engineering management experience (performance, hiring, coaching, delivery).
• Strong hands-on .NET development experience.
• Cloud experience (AWS) designing and operating production systems.
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with high-throughput, event-driven services (queues, pub/sub).
• Observability (metrics, logs, traces) and production support (on-call, SLOs).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) knowledge.
