What you will do

• Define 3–5 year vision and roadmap for API platform, own product portfolio and prioritization.
• Lead end-to-end API lifecycle including design, development, launch, versioning, and governance.
• Enable retailer and partner integrations at scale with reusable standards and developer resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, compliance, and go-to-market teams for regulated FinTech environment.
• Track and optimize KPIs like adoption, latency, error rates, and partner satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Manage and mentor product managers, establish PM standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years product leadership in B2B SaaS, platforms, payments, FinTech, or API roles.
• 3+ years leading products with technical integrations (SDKs, APIs, plug-ins).
• Strong understanding of REST, OAuth, API keys, cloud technologies, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to define strategic roadmaps; strong analytical, communication, collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
