What you will do

• Translate company strategy into product objectives, roadmaps, and prioritize AI-driven enhancements for quoting and design workflows.
• Lead customer discovery, define value hypotheses, success metrics, and own roadmap outcomes with cross-team alignment.
• Identify AI opportunities in product capabilities, partner with engineering for implementation, and collaborate on go-to-market.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate prioritization, discovery, and requirements; track KPIs for adoption and business impact.
• Ensure backlog readiness, define acceptance criteria, and validate delivery during sprints and releases.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in product management or equivalent in software environments, with B2B SaaS background.
• Proven end-to-end product ownership from strategy to delivery and adoption.
• Strong customer-facing experience, stakeholder management, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools, agile practices, clear requirements writing, and metrics-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, complex ecosystems, or AI-driven features in quoting/pricing/design.
• Familiarity with CPQ, PLM, CAD workflows, or Food Equipment Services industry.
• Agile/Scrum certifications or data-driven optimization experience.
• Collaboration with global/distributed teams.
