What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year product vision aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle efforts from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and translate them into product opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery and feedback sessions to ensure the product roadmap reflects real-world needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise B2B SaaS products, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, Risk, Audit, or Compliance solutions.
• Demonstrated success building products in highly regulated markets.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Skilled at synthesizing regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEC Regulations, XBRL, data workflows, and integrations in compliance‑focused environments.
• Background in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience guiding product teams in scaled Agile environments.
