What you will do

• Develop and communicate compelling multi-year product vision and roadmap, aligning with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Compliance to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and translate them into product opportunities.
• Engage with customers for discovery and feedback to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience; at least 5 years leading product teams
• Proven experience leading enterprise B2B SaaS products in RegTech, FinTech, Risk, Audit, or Compliance.
• Demonstrated success in highly regulated markets.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Skilled at synthesizing regulatory requirements into actionable product direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEC Regulations, XBRL, data workflows, and integrations.
• Background in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience guiding product teams in scaled Agile environments.
