What you will do

• Own the success and strategic direction of multiple products within the Arc Suite.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap balancing customer value and market opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers to foster execution excellence.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Proven leadership experience in defining strategy for complex or enterprise-scale products.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching product management teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile development methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps and Aha!.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
