What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into compliance workflows, including regulatory intelligence, automation, and decision support.
• Lead experimentation and iterative delivery of AI-enabled compliance features.
• Own and evolve core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities, including regulatory data ingestion, policy and compliance intelligence systems, and workflow orchestration.
• Lead ongoing customer discovery and validation efforts.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, UX, compliance, GTM, and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex, high-impact products.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-focused solutions.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product strategies.
• Experience working on platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow systems.
• Comfort working in highly cross-functional, distributed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance, regulatory tech, or HR systems.
• Familiarity with policy management, regulatory change, or risk systems.
• Experience integrating with HRIS, payroll, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Exposure to data models, rule engines, or AI/ML systems in production.
