Location: Hybrid in Hoboken, NJ (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for KYC, customer onboarding, KYC screening, and data products.
• Research and define comprehensive product requirements based on client and market needs.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features to support delivery, sales, marketing, and partner commitments.
• Create market requirements documents to communicate needs to Technical Product Management and R&D teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Fraud space and assigned products to support sales and implementations.
• Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience defining complex software products for financial services.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for complex B2B software.
• BS or BA degree or higher.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Hoboken, NJ office according to the hybrid model.
