Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term architecture and roadmap for identity & access management, APIs, performance, and AI foundations.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers while directly shaping the platform's core abstractions.
• Prioritize investments between internal crew enablement and direct end-customer value.
• Collaborate with engineering as a unified team to navigate technical challenges and scale the platform.
• Establish success metrics for product velocity, reliability, UX consistency, and accessibility.
• Contribute to platform foundations supporting AI-powered products, including data access and model integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in vertical B2B AI or SaaS.
• 2+ years of people leadership/management experience.
• Proven experience with technical or platform systems.
• Ability to manage complex prioritization tradeoffs between deep technical efforts and end-user experience.
• Strong systems thinking and a metrics-informed mindset.
