What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical positions: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
- Assess and manage recruiting tools like Ashby, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter for efficiency.
- Analyze funnel metrics, build reporting and dashboards for quality of hire, diversity, and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to forecast hires and maintain clinical excellence.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences aligned with values like patient safety, trust, and innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience.
- 3+ years in healthcare recruitment and/or operations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and data analysis skills.
- Comfortable with systems, reporting, and speaking to medical staff.
- Thrives in startup environment: positive, action-oriented, handles ambiguity and pressure.
