What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to uncover customer pain points, data landscape, and planning needs
• Translate challenges into targeted demo solutions using platform capabilities
• Build and maintain demo environments with customer or proxy data
• Create compelling data stories and visualizations to show impact and differentiation
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and product teams to align demos with deal strategy
• Contribute to reusable demo assets and patterns for key supply chain problems like allocation, routing, and inventory planning
• Iterate demos rapidly based on customer feedback

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, product analytics, or technical consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS or supply chain software
• Strong background in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms with optimization models or workflow decision tools
• Experience with data cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing using SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Skilled at creating and presenting polished demos to technical and business audiences
• Comfortable with ambiguity, independent prototyping, and quick iteration
• Degree from top engineering school (IITs, NITs) or business school (IIMs)
