Analyst, Advisory (Real Estate): Collection, analysis, and organization of real estate data for valuation consulting services with an accent on investment managed services, appraisal, appraisal review, appraisal management, and financial due diligence for commercial real estate assets. Focus on developing cash flow projections using Argus Enterprise, conducting market research on rental rates and transactions, and providing support to senior staff on key assignments.

Location: Remote - Canada (#LI-Hybrid, flexible Activity-Based Work model with office for collaboration)

Compensation Range: $35,000 - $65,000

What you will do

• Support institutional clients' acquisitions, asset management, and lending needs for commercial real estate portfolios.
• Prepare analysis and portions of appraisal reports using latest market information.
• Develop cash flow projections using Argus Enterprise or similar software.
• Conduct research and collect data on market rental rates, comparable transactions, and market trends from internal and third-party sources.
• Enter data accurately into company database and complete daily time sheets.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of market and industry trends through collaboration with senior staff.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with university or college degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Basic financial modeling skills (Excel, Argus).
• Excellent research, quantitative, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with flexibility in hours.
