Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Finance): Conducting financial and economic analysis, developing reporting frameworks, and supporting budgeting and forecasting for business units with an accent on management reporting, competitive analysis, and process automation. Location: Current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. 100% remote, hybrid, and in-office options available.

Salary: $68,000 to $90,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct and document financial and economic analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Develop, manage, and present reporting frameworks, scorecards, and recommendations.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly management reports analyzing performance against targets.
• Assist in financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and simplification.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Post-secondary degree in business (Accounting, Economics, Commerce) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in finance with experience in analysis, reporting, budgeting, or planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Good organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Financial Services industry experience.
• Completion of or working towards CPA, CFA, or similar designation.
