Investment Associate

TL;DR

Investment Associate (ETFs): Generating investment and capital markets content to provide sales and marketing with product expertise, investment perspectives, competitive intelligence, and analysis to support fund sales. Focus on building and communicating expert knowledge on assigned products, positioning them for success, and supporting sales teams with content and training.

Location: Hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $68,000 to $85,000 (base salary and discretionary performance bonus).

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and communicate expert knowledge on assigned products and capital markets.
• Position products for optimal success with aligned content and communications.
• Support sales teams with product information, ad-hoc queries, and training.
• Build relationships with sales teams and marketing partners.
• Generate content for investment perspectives and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required.
• University degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years in financial services, preferably product management or research.
• Interest/experience in ETF investment products.
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and project management abilities.

Nice to have

• Progressing towards CFA designation or advanced business/finance degree.
• Proficiency in Python.
