Product Support Specialist

TL;DR

Product Support Specialist (Investments): Building, updating, and enhancing presentations and communications for portfolio managers and senior leadership with an accent on clarity of narrative and accuracy of investment insights. Focus on performing data quality reviews, maintaining fund updates, and supporting production of fund materials through process simplification and automation.

Location: Hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $79,000 to $101,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build, update, and enhance presentations and communications for Portfolio Managers and senior leadership.
• Perform data quality reviews and maintain fund updates including MRFPs, QFRs, and sales materials.
• Identify and implement process simplifications and automation for efficiency.
• Partner with Investment Analysts to support fund update materials production.
• Support Product Directors on ad-hoc requests and targeted data analysis.
• Act as primary product content manager for marketing and compliance submissions.
• Oversee regulatory reviews through data analytics for the Product Research Team.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of financial services experience, preferably with investment products.
• Strong proficiency in MS Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism (French/English).
• Strong knowledge of VBA and Python.
