Investment Analyst

Location: Hybrid work in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 82,000–105,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and communicate expert knowledge of assigned funds, ETFs, investment strategies, and capital markets.
• Provide product analysis, content, and communications for sales, marketing, portfolio managers, and institutional teams.
• Ensure assigned funds and ETFs are positioned effectively and aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Support sales teams with product information, training, and ad hoc analysis.
• Develop and analyze thought leadership materials and conduct competitor fund research.
• Participate in client interactions involving assigned investment strategies.

Requirements

• Four-year university degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of investment market expertise.
• Excellent analytical, writing, oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Completed CFA designation or a master’s degree.
• Working knowledge of VBA and Python.
