What you will do

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems for document ingestion, understanding, and data extraction.
• Build datasets, validation systems, and fine-tune LLMs for interpreting and extracting from unstructured content.
• Develop NLP pipelines with OCR, entity recognition, text classification, summarization, and semantic parsing.
• Integrate LLMs with RAG, vector databases, and structured outputs for downstream use.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with product and compliance needs.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers, establish best practices, and apply latest generative AI advancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in AI/ML engineering, 3+ years in technical/team leadership
• Hands-on with S/LLMs or generative AI (e.g., Llama, Deepseek)
• Proven extraction of structured data from unstructured documents including scanned forms
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (Kubeflow, PyTorch, multi-agentic)
• Experience with OCR (Tesseract, Amazon Textract), NLP (embeddings, transformers, NER), production deployment
• MLOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Nice to have

• RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning foundation models
• Vector databases (Postgres-pg-vector, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), semantic search
• Shipping production ML systems with monitoring
