What you will do
- Build production-grade AI systems to automate credit analytics and decisioning workflows.
- Develop AI solutions across the credit lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring.
- Create evaluation and guardrail frameworks to ensure response accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement LLMOps and GenAI operational practices, including prompt management and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with analytics, engineering, and product teams to embed AI into existing platforms.
- Evaluate and adopt modern orchestration frameworks and cloud-native AI tools like LangGraph and AWS.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience building and operating production-grade AI, ML, or GenAI systems.
- Domain experience in financial services (credit, lending, risk, or analytics-driven decisioning).
- Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of data governance and model risk management.
- Hands-on expertise with RAG, prompt design, and system optimization in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
