What you will do

• Own end-to-end AI/ML solution delivery from problem framing and design to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive daily engineering momentum by managing sprint deliverables and resolving technical blockers.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI systems, including model pipelines and inference services.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring alignment with security and ethical AI principles.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists on AI/ML design patterns and performance optimization.
• Translate high-level architecture decisions into concrete, executable engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or architecture roles with significant AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of software engineering (Git, CI/CD, modular design).
• Hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and various LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Langsmith).
• Proven track record of taking AI/ML prototypes into production-grade systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle HCM.
