TL;DR

Senior Sales Support Specialist (HubSpot/AI): Provide operational, administrative, and data-driven support to sales team for AU retail client with an accent on CRM management, pipeline accuracy, and AI-enhanced workflows. Focus on generating reports, analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and using Claude for documentation and insights.

Location: WFH in Philippines (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu). Work schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PHT (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ACST).

Staffing provider for retail & wholesale clients, including AU-based accounts.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate updates for opportunities, leads, contacts, and deals.
• Administer CRM including contact management, workflow updates, activity logging, and data clean-up.
• Provide day-to-day support to Sales Director and team with documentation, reporting, coordination, and tracking.
• Use Claude and AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, organize data, and build workflows.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries; analyze data for trends and improvements.
• Coordinate with sales team on pipeline movement, action items, and process enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales support, operations, CRM administration, or similar.
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related preferred.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience: pipeline, contacts, activities, reporting.
• Proficiency with Claude/ChatGPT or similar AI for documentation, summaries, workflows.
• Analytical skills for sales data, reports, dashboards, insights.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail; proactive mindset.
