Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD

What you will do

• Conduct tailored product demonstrations for varied audiences via webinars, remote meetings, and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to analyze Critical Business Issues (CBIs) and deliver targeted solution demos.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical architectures, proposals, and proofs-of-concept.
• Set up and maintain "demo-ready" environments and track technical documentation within Salesforce.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of CCH core and ancillary products to articulate customer value against competitors.
• Support deal execution by responding to technical inquiries and coordinating follow-up items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in tax/accounting or a software support role.
• Strong understanding of audit and tax workflows and compliance needs.
• Must be based in the USA and able to commute to a designated office for hybrid work.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of APIs and similar integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI and how these technologies integrate with CCH products.
