What you will do
- Manage and scale sales operations, including reporting, analytics, and KPI maintenance for pipeline and forecasting.
- Optimize GTM technology and data science methodologies to enhance pipeline generation and conversion rates.
- Administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring data hygiene, configuration, and seamless integration with GTM tools.
- Oversee Deal Desk operations, including contract reviews, quoting, and managing the redline cycle with legal counsel.
- Align Marketing and Sales operations to optimize lead flow, attribution, and ROI reporting across the funnel.
- Develop sales incentive compensation plans and standard operating procedures for Enterprise and Government segments.
Requirements
- 10-13 years of experience in enhancing sales processes, tools, reporting, and policies.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration (3+ years).
- Proven experience applying data science or advanced analytics within RevOps or SalesOps environments.
- Strong knowledge of deal desk operations, including contract and proposal management.
- Experience working in a high-growth software startup environment.
- BA/BS degree required.

- Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Clay or similar enrichment/automation platforms.
