Salary: $173,000 – $183,000 plus performance-based bonus or commission

What you will do

  • Manage and scale sales operations, including reporting, analytics, and KPI maintenance for pipeline and forecasting.
  • Optimize GTM technology and data science methodologies to enhance pipeline generation and conversion rates.
  • Administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring data hygiene, configuration, and seamless integration with GTM tools.
  • Oversee Deal Desk operations, including contract reviews, quoting, and managing the redline cycle with legal counsel.
  • Align Marketing and Sales operations to optimize lead flow, attribution, and ROI reporting across the funnel.
  • Develop sales incentive compensation plans and standard operating procedures for Enterprise and Government segments.

Requirements

  • 10-13 years of experience in enhancing sales processes, tools, reporting, and policies.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration (3+ years).
  • Proven experience applying data science or advanced analytics within RevOps or SalesOps environments.
  • Strong knowledge of deal desk operations, including contract and proposal management.
  • Experience working in a high-growth software startup environment.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Clay or similar enrichment/automation platforms.
