What you will do

• Own customer implementations end-to-end: lead discovery, blueprinting, technical workshops, and build sessions to turn supply chain problems into AI-native solutions.
• Build hands-on with platform stack: write SQL/Python, configure logic, prototype models, troubleshoot, and validate outputs.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to extend platform based on field insights and experiment with AI/ML capabilities like probabilistic forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Mentor juniors, create reusable patterns/accelerators, document outcomes, and provide feedback to shape product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in supply chain consulting, professional services, or SaaS delivery with hands-on expertise in Network Optimization, S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Production Scheduling.
• Portfolio of personally architected enterprise-grade supply chain solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data transformation and modeling.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for C-suite and business requirements into precise architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder.
• Default use of AI tools (LLM-assisted coding, prompt engineering) in workflows.
