What you will do

• Implement and optimize customer journeys using the Proactive AI Agent cloud-hosted conversation platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Configuration teams to align technical solutions with client business objectives.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring successful adoption of platform features and functionality.
• Translate complex business needs and workflows into effective technical configurations and solution designs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery activities, including solution validation, planning, and go-live support.
• Monitor and analyze key customer metrics to demonstrate the value and impact of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service delivery or project execution within an IT, SaaS, or cloud-based environment.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles requiring professional digital or remote interaction.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel.
• Experience contributing to the end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large scale projects.
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery methodologies.
