What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through new product introduction and lifecycle management processes
• Coordinate release plans delivering committed scope on schedule with high quality
• Mitigate risks by developing and executing comprehensive risk-management plans
• Manage project schedules, scope, quality, cost, and provide transparent stakeholder reporting
• Identify performance issues and guide recovery planning and execution
• Maintain centralized project documentation and data accuracy in status systems
• Support early customer engagements by coordinating deliverables and resolving pre-release issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years technical leadership experience, including 1-3 years in project management
• Proven success leading complex software and hardware project deliveries
• Strong written and verbal communication, influence, and negotiation skills
• Solid project-management capabilities in planning, risk assessment, issue resolution, performance tracking
• Ability to motivate cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience in product-development environments
• PMP certification
• Skill in managing change, ambiguity, evolving priorities
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts related to network products
• Experience in fast-paced, collaborative technology organizations
